Bosnia Delegation Visits Croatian IPO as Part of USAID Project

From February 15-17, 2010, the Croatian IPO hosted a study visit for Bosnia IPO employees. The visit was part of the USAID project aimed at developing Bosnia IPO’s information technology (IT) capacities.
During the visit, Bosnia IPO employees became acquainted with the Croatian IPO’s information system and its application in the organization and maintenance of IP databases and registers, providing customer service, as well as in the data exchange process with WIPO and EPO.
