Czech IPO and USPTO Launch Pilot Patent Prosecution Highway Program
Oct 29 2012 - 14:37
On October 1, 2012, the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) launched the pilot Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program.
The PPH enables each participating office to use the work already done by the other office, which avoids duplication of work and accelerates the patent-granting procedure.
