Albanian PTO Announces New Official Fees

The Albanian Patents and Trademarks Office (PTO) has recently announced the new official fees.
The change will affect the fees for the maintenance of patents and utility models, as well as the fees for registration certificates for pharmaceutical products and protection of plants. The official fees for integrated circuits and geographical indications have also been changed. The official fees for trademarks and designs remain the same.
The new fees entered into force on September 11, 2009 and will be published soon on the website of the Albanian PTO.
