Azerbaijan Copyright Office Launches Online Application System

The Copyright Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan has recently introduced an online registration service, available on its website and the portal E-Government.
It is currently possible to submit electronic applications for the registration of:
- Copyright
- Related rights
- Databases protected under copyright law
- Databases protected under sui-generis law
- Integrated circuits
The number of IP areas covered by the online service will increase when the new Law on Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Combating Piracy enters into force.
