Romanian Police Seize Fake Jackets

On August 24, 2016, Romanian police officials at the Constanta Sud Agigea Port, in southeastern Romania, confiscated 1,500 winter jackets believed to infringe intellectual property rights of various rights holders.
The goods, the total value of which is estimated at approximately EUR 13,400 (USD 15,000), were shipped from China and intended for a company in Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing.
