Ukrainian Authorities Seize Counterfeit Sportswear

In the city of Khmelnytskyi, western Ukraine, the police authorities recently discovered a warehouse used for manufacturing counterfeit sportswear bearing well-known trademarks including Adidas. The fake goods were mainly sold at the city’s clothes markets.
During the raid, the police discovered fake clothes and the equipment used for placing bogus labels, worth approximately EUR 130,000 (USD 150,000).
The criminal proceedings are underway.
