Change in Individual Fee under Hague Agreement for Kyrgyzstan

The new, lower, individual fee prescribed by the Hague Agreement for international industrial design applications designating Kyrgyzstan will enter into force on August 1, 2011.

As of August 1, international industrial design applications designating Kyrgyzstan will cost CHF 129 (EUR 110; USD 154) for one design and CHF 64 (EUR 55; USD 78) for each additional design, instead of CHF 156 (EUR 135; USD 199) and CHF 78 (EUR 67; USD 95), which are the current costs.

The industrial design renewals designating Kyrgyzstan will cost CHF 64 (EUR 55; USD 78) for one design, while each additional design renewal will cost CHF 6 (EUR 5; USD 7), instead of the current CHF 78 (EUR 67; USD 95) and CHF 8 (EUR 7; USD 10).
The Hague Agreement, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), regulates the international registration of industrial designs.
