    • With almost 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, Predrag has efficiently and effectively handled a multitude of both routine and complex IP matters. Predrag’s practice focuses on clearance, maintenance and enforcement issues for large international trademark portfolios, and he is also well versed in domain name issues and online infringement matters. While Predrag has represented clients from a variety of industries, he has regularly advised leading multinational apparel and footwear, energy drinks and food packaging companies on trademark prosecution and enforcement strategies in Eastern Europe. In 2017, he transitioned from the role of Senior Associate to the role of Chief Operations Officer. Predrag is an active INTA member and has represented PETOŠEVIĆ at numerous conferences and meetings.

    Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2007, Predrag worked as a trademark examiner at the Serbian Patent and Trademark Office, where he handled all trademark-related matters.
