Nada’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, including SPC applications. She also handles trademark and design matters in Serbia and other jurisdictions in the region. Nada is experienced in the protection of plant breeder’s rights and the admission of plant varieties to the national list under the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, as well as in other jurisdictions. Nada has represented clients from a variety of industries, while her patent work has mostly been focused on the pharmaceutical industry. In an interesting recent case, Nada assisted a client in re-establishing their European patent in Serbia after they accidentally missed the validation deadline.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2012, Nada worked at another law firm in Belgrade.
