Camilla’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and maintenance in Uzbekistan and across the CIS region. She files applications and follows them through to registration, handling all aspects of the process, including overcoming complex office actions. Camilla represents clients before the Uzbek Intellectual Property Office and advises them on all aspects of trademark law. She also represents clients in invalidation and cancellation actions before the Board of Appeals under the Ministry of Justice, and in unfair competition actions before the Antimonopoly Committee.
Prior to joining PETOŠEVIĆ in 2022, Camilla worked in the Uzbekistan office of a Central Asian regional IP firm for nearly five years, where she started as an office manager and, after showing interest in the trademark field, became a paralegal and finally a Trademark Attorney.
