Dimitar Batakliev Contributes Bulgaria Chapter to Wolters Kluwer UPC Book

PETOŠEVIĆ Bulgaria Head of Office Dimitar Batakliev recently contributed the chapter on Bulgaria to “Enforcement of Decisions of the Unified Patent Court: A Survey of Participating Member States”, a book published by Wolters Kluwer.

“Enforcement Decisions of the Unified Patent Court” provides practitioners with a view on the national enforcement proceedings for enforcing the court orders issued by the UPC. The first edition of the book covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.
