Hungarian Officials Seize Fake Apparel, Accessories

The Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA) officials recently seized more than 8,500 items of apparel and accessories infringing numerous trademarks, including Moncler®, Armani®, Dolce & Gabbana®, Moschino®, Dior®, Louis Vuitton®, Prada®, Chanel® and Wellensteyn®.

The goods, which are estimated to be worth approximately EUR 1.16 million (USD 1.41 million), were discovered during the inspection of a truck at the Nagylak border crossing point with Romania.
