Sara’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement in Serbia and other jurisdictions in the region. She is also well versed in protecting geographical indications in multiple jurisdictions. Sara formulates and implements IP strategies for both established and emerging companies, including start-ups. She has advised several well-known multinational companies from the pharmaceutical, fashion and food and beverage industries on their IP portfolios. She represents clients before the court, the intellectual property office and the customs and market inspection authorities.

Sara joined PETOŠEVIĆ in 2014 shortly after earning her LLB from the University of Belgrade.
