Romanian Customs Seize EUR 107,000 Worth of Counterfeits
On April 24, the Romanian customs officials seized goods believed to be counterfeit the total value of which is approximately EUR 107,000 (USD 147,000).
The seized goods include an unidentified number of toys, tableware and plastic goods bearing the Disney, Pirelli, Shell, Michelin, Mitsubishi and Smiley marks.
The seizure was made at the port of Constanta, eastern Romania. The goods originated in China and were intended for the Romanian market, namely a company in the capital of Bucharest and a company in the city of Buzau, eastern Romania.
